Islam advocates a welfare system in which a plan of action has been proposed for the formation of the society from the individual status of an individual to the collective, which can be implemented in practical life and will further help us to remove social evils and defects. Among the believers, these attributes have been described as the prayer characterized by faith which is the best course of action for a person's character and behavior. The good aspect of the names should be prominent. If all these attributes are present in the character of a Muslim, the formation of a welfare society from the collection of these people becomes easy where the practical demonstration of high moral values can be seen, that this is the intention of the Lord of the universe. The orderly balance that pervades the Creator is the transcendental system of tomorrow, which everywhere observable phenomena of the universe are presenting, subject to confession by the tongue and confirmation by the heart. This divine network connects the believer with his Creator based on faith and that is through the unity of the heart and mind, the authority of goodness, and the avoidance of evil, man connects with his Lord. If he bows down in prayer for joy, then in practical life, he is under the influence of the sweetness of faith in his heart and mind. Hating bad morals, one becomes an adopter of noble virtues, and it is these noble qualities that foster a positive attitude in people, which will be an important step towards the development of all good and peace in the world.

Understanding global philosophies of peace and war necessitates reflection on two fundamental aspects of human nature. First, humans are innately inclined toward peace, as their essential needs, life goals, and the very structure of the universe favor coexistence and harmony. War, by contrast, obstructs these aims and contradicts the natural human disposition.

Second, human nature also contains a potential for evil, influenced further by external forces such as Satan. This inclination fuels greed, power struggles, and injustice, often compelling others to defend themselves, making war a necessity in specific contexts. Thus, warfare, though undesirable, becomes a justified response under the law of necessity.

The paper examines how different civilizations and legal traditions have responded to these realities—whether they upheld war as a last resort or normalized it as a tool of power. It investigates whether a given philosophy seeks lasting peace or merely postpones future conflict. Through this lens, the study aims to identify the war doctrines that truly serve humanity’s moral and collective interests

This paper delves into the juristic weight of Tacit (Taqreeri) Hadith—instances where the Prophet Muhammadﷺ silently approved of certain actions or statements—as a meaningful source in shaping modern family law within Islam. Although spoken and enacted Hadith have traditionally dominated Islamic legal interpretation, this study argues that tacit approval holds equal authority in establishing normative rulings. By examining five illustrative Taqreeri Ahadith, the research sheds light on their legal relevance to contemporary issues such as wedding festivities, marriages without an agreed-upon dowry, mutual rights between spouses, birth control practices like coitus interruptus, and the use of DNA or physical resemblance in determining lineage. In each case, the Prophet’s علیہ السلام silence or implicit consent is presented as a legitimate basis for permissibility. The study ultimately contends that Taqreeri Hadith offer a flexible yet authentic framework for addressing modern familial and societal dilemmas. It further recommends integrating this dimension of Hadith more thoroughly into Usul al-Fiqh curricula and encouraging its active role in present-day legal scholarship.
