Abstract

 Allah had blessed Mufti Muhammad Rafi with countless qualities; his personality was a shadow full of blessings in evil and temptation. He had a dignified tone and style as well as a real dignified person of worldly glory, compassionate and kind and one of the Saints. He possessed other qualities like a guardian. Besides being a madrasah and administrator, he also wrote more than 30 books, which have the status of a source in different positions. He was a leader in the true sense. In his speech and writing, there is also an element of spirituality along with the power of reasoning, which inspires the listener and the reader to action. In addition to being a nobleman, he is also performing his services at national and international levels. He was an eminent religious scholar, distinguished exegete and hadith scholar, researcher and manager, disciplined, modest and an ideal personality in terms of promoting knowledge and lofty thinking. .

Due to these attributes, the dignity, greatness and importance of every scholar and people of knowledge is clearly known, because the construction and development of religion and the world, the exaltation of Islam and the glory of the people of faith are related to the footsteps of scholars. It is the cause of happiness and happiness that no century, no era and no era of Islamic history has passed without the scholars of Rabbani and Rizal-e-Haqqani. There have been great scholars and men of knowledge who guided the Ummah on the right path and set them on the straight path in darkness and darkness. From this point of view, Mufti Muhammad Rafi Usmani is a role model for all of us. This void of Mufti Sahib (may Allah have mercy on him) will never be filled and his pain will be felt by everyone. His academic and practical life will be discussed in the article under review.
